If you have been out on your xc skis lately, you know how nice it has been!! Have you seen the new bridges and the new trails yet? WOW! Let's check them out!
It will be colder on Thursday, but heading into the woods will be a good way to stay out of any wind. The Ellis River corridor is good for this weather. The brand new Keeney trail was groomed on Wednesday, so lets do that. We will go up the Ellis, Wifferdill and South Hall, then down the Keeney and up to the Ellis and back by Riverbank. We can explore further if we want.
Meet inside the Jackson Ski Touring Center at 10:00 am, we will depart from there, be ready to ski.
Before December 31st, if you have a season's pass at Great Glen or Bretton Woods Nordic, you can ski at JacksonXC for $5. Likewise, a Jackson season's pass holder can ski at Great Glen or Bretton Woods Nordic for $5 until the 31st.
Also, if you area MWV Bike club member, you can buy a season's pass at JacksonXC for $119 (do this through Todd at the bike club).
