The skiing today in the snow was like gliding over silk! Tomorrow's forecast look OK, warmer than today, above freezing with a small possibility of rain mid morning.
Let's avoid that possible rain and meet a bit later than usual, at Jackson Ski Touring at 11:00 am, in the lodge, ready to ski. The skies may clear in the early afternoon. Bring a lunch or snack to eat on the trail.
We will check what is groomed and make a decision on what to ski. Even the ungroomed is excellent, so we may not be limited by grooming. My first preference is to do the Ellis River Trail one way from the Rocky Branch parking lot if possible.
